What is recruitment?
Recruitment, also known as "rush", refers to a series of social events and gatherings that allow prospective and current sorority members to get to know each other. Theta Kappa Phi recruitment typically takes place once a year during zero week of Fall Quarter at UCLA.
Why should I rush?
Rush is a place to socialize and build connections and more importantly to have fun. There will be games and free food, as well as the chance to meet your fellow Bruins and the sisters of Theta Kappa Phi.
How much do I pay for rush?
It is free to rush for Theta Kappa Phi!
What are the requirements to rush?
While we are an Asian-interest sorority, the only requirement for rush is that you are a female student at UCLA.
Do you conduct recruitment during winter or spring quarter?
We only conduct rush once during fall quarter week 0 of fall quarter, and occasionally in the spring, so make sure you don't miss out on this awesome opportunity!
What council are you in, if you’re not in Panhellenic?
At UCLA, we are part of the UCLA Asian Greek Council (AGLA) in addition to the Southern California Asian Greek Council (SoCal AGC).
